Dr. Doreen A. Randone

Dr. Doreen A. Randone is a speech-language pathologist and owner of Beyond Words Speech-Language Therapy Services, LLC. She earned her clinical doctorate in speech-language pathology from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where her research focused on using mental imagery to improve listening comprehension in children with language disorders. She holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from La Salle University, where she graduated from an accelerated five-year program and received recognition as an outstanding student and member of the Alpha Epsilon Alumni Honor Society.

Dr. Randone is an adjunct professor and clinical supervisor at Monmouth University, as well as an adjunct professor and course developer at Albizu University. She also serves as an adjunct research fellow in the Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where she mentors doctoral candidates completing their dissertations. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Charter Oak State College. She is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Colorado and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She also holds board certification as a Telepractice Specialist (BCTS) through IBCCES.

Dr. Randone has worked across schools, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation hospitals. Her clinical experience includes evaluating and treating children with articulation, phonological, fluency, social communication, and receptive/expressive language disorders, including those with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, language/learning disabilities, auditory processing disorders, intellectual disabilities, and anxiety disorders. She has experience working with adults with aphasia, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive-communication disorders. She also has extensive experience as a clinical supervisor, mentoring and supervising graduate speech-language pathology students to support their development of clinical skills and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Randone resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
